BRAXA Co., Ltd. invests in real estate on its own account. We aim to realize a stable return on investment by making medium- to long- term investments in real estate, such as rental houses, that can earn stable profits mainly in central Tokyo.

At BRAXA, we are conducting joint real estate investments through a fund structure with foreign investors, who are business partners, and influential investors, mainly the wealthy.
Target assets will be invested in large properties located in prime locations, mainly in offices, commerce and hotels. The composition of the fund will be based on a core to value-add strategy, selecting the best partner for each case.
